Batch file to stop ULiveServer.exe

Hello,
Could you advice me how to make an batch file to stop ULiveServer.exe service. I know I can use Live Server Configurator to do that but I need just simple bat file or way to stop service running using link from webpage. This is for security to be sure that nobody can initiate stream if I dont wont.

Aren't you familiar with "net start" / "net stop" commands?
