Issues when playing with WebRTC Player

but unreal media server live broadcast Stream not work in edge

The live WebRTC demo from our website is coming from unreal media server too!

So your Edge plays our demo stream but not the stream from your own unreal media server. Same Edge, on the same computer?
Load your webpage from webserver, not just from hard drive.
Hit F12 and monitor the console for error messages.

As explained before in this thread, the following console messages in Edge can be ignored:

JavaScript error: SCRIPT12030: WebSocket Error: Network Error 12030, The connection with the server was terminated abnormally.
Timeout for addRemoteCandidate. Consider sending an end-of-candidates notification.

These are Edge-specific messages; you can see these messages in Edge console when the stream works fine, like our demo:
http://umediaserver.net/umediaserver/de ... layer.html

However, your other message is suspicious:
SCRIPT5007: SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'controls' of undefined or null reference.
Where does this come from? This is specific to your web page.

1.SCRIPT5007:Unable to get property 'controls' of undefined or null reference.

This error comes from unrealmediaserver javascript file line 14:

2.issue: Load my webpage in edge browser, stream will be buffered. Only plays the playback time
But everything works fine from Android device,IOS mobile and chrome

#The connection successfully established in unrealmedia server.

SCRIPT5007:Unable to get property 'controls' of undefined or null reference.
This error comes from unrealmediaserver javascript file line 14:

Here is line 13 and 14 of the script:
var remoteVideo = document.getElementById(videoID);
var showControls = remoteVideo.controls;

So for some reason your Edge is returning null from document.getElementById(videoID);
Maybe you are passing wrong video element ID to the player?

<video style="background-color:black" id="remoteVideo" width="800" height="450" autoplay playsinline controls ></video>
...
webrtcPlayer = new UnrealWebRTCPlayer("remoteVideo", "livedemocam", "", "65.23.154.147", "80", false, true, "tcp");

or, since the error is Edge-specific, I suspect maybe your video element is in another iFrame or something like that, so document.getElementById(videoID); cannot find it.

As said before, you need to upgrade your Windows to the latest version, in order to get latest Edge.
Previous versions of Edge did exhibit these problems.

What's strange in your case is that your Edge is able to play our demo stream, but not your own stream, while other browsers can play your own stream.
If you put our demo stream in your webpage, will your Edge play?

My edge Version 42.17134.1.0 and having latest windows version.

I tried your demo in my web page its working fine, while trying the same in my video, I am getting a black video stream with a spinning indicator, but the timer is running below that video.

But everything works fine in chrome, androids and Mobile IOS. Is it an issue in Edge or from ourside ...??

I have shared that screenshot in below link

Yes we are very familiar with this issue, also having couple of computers in the LAB that have the same behavior.
However, Edge on these computers doesn't play any stream.
Yours plays our demo stream, but doesn't play your own stream, which is weird.

To answer your question, it's an issue with Edge, definitely. Edge's WebRTC support is still behind other browsers.

However, since your Edge plays our demo stream, it seems like your particular issue is content-related; something in your own stream makes it not to work.

It may be as simple as codec. Is your stream encoded with H264, or VP8, or VP9? Note that Edge only supports H264.
If your stream is 60 fps, or full HD, try to decrease fps/resolution, see if it helps.
What is your live encoder producing the stream? Can you share your stream so we can view it?
You can email details to our techsupport address.
